Smoothie Banana Mango Superfoods

This creamy sweet smoothie is a perfect quick breakfast. Keep it simple or add more superfoods like maca root and goji berries or even some oats. The basic recipe:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 30 gr frozen mango
  • 150 ml milk or (goat) yogurt
  • 1 tbs cacao nibs
  • 1 ts bee pollen

Put it al in the blender (make sure you cut the fruit before you put it in the freezer), blend and keep some of the superfoods aside to put on top. Like I said, add oats or your favorite superfoods. Experiment! Enjoy :).
