As you might have seen on my personal Instagram account; I visited the Food Hall of the Marks & Spencer in my hometown The Hague for the first time yesterday. Their new store just opened in February and I can tell you that I’ll be shopping at this store more often. They have lot’s of organic and natural flavoured (no added preservatives or sugar) food options. There’s a great on the go section too. I’ve bought some tea, soy milk & organic greek sugar free yogurt. Why not make this breakfast with that creamy, healthy greek yoghurt? It’s super easy.
What do you need for one portion?
- 200 ml organic greek yogurt
- 1/2 sliced banana
- 1 tbs goji berries
- 1 tbs hemp seeds
- 1 tbs bee pollen
- 1 tbs toasted oats
- pinch of cinnamon
Put all of the ingredients together in a bowl and enjoy your healthy, easy & quick breakfast.

Do hemp seeds have a strong taste?
No! They are a bit ‘nutty’, but very neutral. 🙂
