Looking for a tasty and fulfilling breakfast? Look no further. This beauty will make you radiate, it can provide you with enough energy to get going and stay full for almost half a day! I don’t need to tell you that this breakfast is like a natural aphrodisiac? Maca and raw cacao are well known sexy superfoods and a teaspoon of guarana equals two cups of coffee (energy wise)! Add up these elements (long lasting energy, sexy superfoods & a coffee like boost) – your day can get really interesting ;)…
The recipe for one portion:
- 200 ml / 1 cup almond or soy milk
- 5 tbs oatmeal
- 1 can coconut milk
- 2 tbs maca powder
- 2 tbs raw cacao nibs
- 1 tbs guarana powder
- 1 tbs goji berries
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi
- 1/8 pineapple
Prepare the oatmeal as you would normally do (heat up in a pan and stirr until it’s mixed and the right consistency for you). Add the fruit (in pieces). Open the can of coconut milk and spoon out the ‘thick’ cream. Add this in a bowl together with the maca and guarana powder. Mix this really well with a fork. Scoop this over the fruit and add the rest of the superfoods. That’s it! Enjoy your sexy healthy breakfast.

Wow, it’s a great looking recipe, definitely will try and leave a comment about the taste. To say the truth, I’m not a great fan of maca powder taste, but when you combine it in such a great recipe, the maca taste will be weak, but still all of its nutritional properties will be there. Thanks!
