We all know veggie chips by now, right? A healthy alternative for deep fried potato chips and suuuuper easy to make.
This recipe, sprinkled with Badia (fresh Latin-American spice mix), bring out the lovely flavors of the different vegetables. You can buy this at your local toko or Brazilian supermarket!
What do you need for one big portion?
- 1/2 sweet potato
- 1 red beet
- 1 potato
- 1 big carrot
- 1 tbs olive oil or coconut oil
- 2 tbs Badia seasoning
Cut all the vegetables in very thin slices. Sprinkle with the olive or coconut oil and the Badia. Put them on the oven plate. Bake until their are gold/brown, for about 20 minutes, at 180 degrees. When done, let them cool for a bit before serving: they will become much crispier!
Enjoy! Tip: make some fresh guacamole dip to go with it.
What a great idea to make them yourself, way more healthy as the prepacked ones in the supermarket. Loooove your blog, the pictures are absolutely amazing!
