You might not expect this, but I’ve always loved cocktails. Too bad that they are super unhealthy and the headache the day after always makes me regret drinking them. Mocktails however (alcohol free and delicious) are always a good idea. I’ve created some mocktail recipes for Fairminds (read all about it in my previous blog). This might just be my favourite…
What do you need for two big glasses?
Kiwi Granaatappel Mojito Mocktail
- 2 kiwi’s
- 2 limes
- 4 branches of fresh mint
- 1 pomegranate
- crushed ice
- 1 tbs agave syrup or honey
- sparkling water
Slice the limes and kiwi into small slices/parts. Put the kiwi, lime slices, mint leaves, pomegranate seeds and honey in a tall glass or mortar and crush. Add the crushed ice on top of the kiwi mixture and fill with sparkling water. Mix well. Done!
